Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 14 days of order date. Cost of return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. Seller does not pay for return shipping. Please contact us at hytfigusa@gmail.com for a return authorization number prior to returning the package. Return address and instructions will be provided with the return authorization number. When mailing an item back, please place the item in the original packaging if possible or secure it in a protected packaging of your choice to ensure safe return of the item. A 15% restocking fee may be charged if the item is damaged upon return.
Due to the nature of the product, no refund is possible after the product has been opened. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us via email within 7 days so we can arrange for a refund or exchange. No refund will be accepted without prior approval.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was damaged upon arrival. Please allow up to one week for the credit to appear back on your account depending on the payment method.
